As Code of Ethics, we have opted for the one sponsored by the International Bar Association (IBA). Consequently, we have decided to not promote ourselves with the name of our clients. As ruled by most European Bars, we do consider that the fundamental principle of confidentiality does not permit the disclosure of the clients´ identity, except if they appear in the Medias. Inter partes, we have adopted, among others, the following three main guidelines:

-       Maintain a strict confidentiality

-       Be careful on financial integrity

pro bono

All of our partners and associates have the obligation to accept pro bono cases. In this sense, among others, we do manage cases in relation with Mexican nationals condemned in the United States in violation of the consular rights; we do assist low income parents in their international child restitution proceedings; we do counsel the State Government, the General State DA Office and the State High Court.

With the goal to contribute to the preservation of the environment, our firm mainly uses recycled paper and electronic means. Our German ISP exclusively uses free Co2 technology.
